Artisanal Sauerkrauts
Tangy, crunchy, savory artisanal kraut at its finest! Nothing but cabbage and Himalayan pink salt, fermented to perfection.
We take fresh local beets and combine them with fresh local cabbage and caraway seeds. This results in a delicious medley of flavors that are loaded up with nitrates, betalains, magnesium and pure bliss.
This kraut basically tastes like your favorite savory pickle! In addition to that incredible flavor, our Garlic Dill kraut has all the benefits of garlic, dill and cucumber.
In our Garden Blend, the cabbage is combined with fresh carrots, onions, and kale, creating a savory flavor profile. This mixture of fresh veggies also adds a host of essential nutrients, antioxidants and provitamins.
Great smoky flavor with a little heat. We smoke the jalapenos over hickory chips before adding them to the cabbage. Then, we simply allow the mixture to ferment until it’s suitably sublime.
Kimchis
This recipe is inspired by traditional Korean kimchi. Our variety leans on the bold zest of fresh ginger and a complement of carrots, onions and garlic, all of it rounded out by some red pepper heat. We call our homage to the original, Carolina Kimchi.

Health Tonics
Beet kvass is a fermented traditional health tonic originally from Eastern Europe and Russia. It is rich in probiotics, digestive enzymes, electrolytes, and many additional nutrients. It is generally used daily in small amounts (a one oz shot, once or twice a day).
We add ginger and turmeric to round out the bouquet of superfoods in this beet tonic. These roots and vegetables have a reputation for nutritional excellence. Have a shot every day to keep your body beaming. (1 shot = 1 oz.)
Fermented Pickles
